This website describes our AWS Cloud consulting services. The content is provided for general information. It is not technical, financial or legal advice, and you should not act on it without advice specific to your circumstances.
Nothing on this site is an offer or a contract. Submitting the contact form does not create a client relationship, does not oblige us to take on your work, and does not commit either of us to any price or timescale.
2. Engaging us for work
Any paid engagement is governed by a separate written agreement — a services agreement, statement of work, or proposal signed by both parties. Where that agreement conflicts with these terms, that agreement takes precedence for the work it covers.

These terms are governed by the laws of The State of Michigan, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You and we agree that the courts of MICHIGAN have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these terms or your use of this site.
12. General
If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remain in force. Our failure to enforce a term is not a waiver of it. These terms are the entire agreement between us regarding your use of this website.
